Ok, I have done tons of reading on harmony remote and mac mini with xbmc. I am almost done configuring it, why the heck is the harmony remote so slow with xbmc? Can someone help me? It is just soo slow!

Nevermind figured it out, need to set inter key delay to 100ms and change retries to 1. Much much better. Almost done with this whole programming thing!
