create buttons skin confluence

Hello everyone, I would create a button on the home (skin confluence). This button is located below the time I wish it were.
When you click on the button I have to ask why the password needs to activate a menu item in the home.

I created this for the adult section. I could create another profile, but I would like to venture with this method.
