Apologize for repost. But here I go...

I'm running xbmc pvr build + tsreader plugin with mediaportal as back end. I'm seeing strange issue where I can hear audio for HD channels however SD channels have no audio. I have tried disabling dxva without success.

But when I change the aduio output from HDMI to Anolog, I can hear audio.

I get audio in Media Portal w/o issues

I've no idea. It is not an addon issue because it is the internal ffmpeg library that demuxes the tv stream. Could you enable debug logging and check the log file for [ffmpeg] lines that show the detected streams when you tune a SD channel?
