Confluence pre-12 alpha - iOS (iPad)

Since the nightly builds have the renewed Confluence skin, I prefer this skin instead of the Touched.
It's a lot more attractive and colorful :-)
Although I've found one 'inconvenience', when single tapping in movies or TV shows, it always brings up the side menu (layout, hide shown, ...).
I know this skin wasn't designed for touch panels, but elimenating this, would suite perfectly for me as skin for the Ipad.
(iPhone is too small, so Touched is the prefered skin here).
Can it be adapted, so the side menu only appears when swipping your finger instead of tapping?

I can't seem to replicate what your seeing, maybe a video would help me see? other than that if you like more colorful maybe try re-touched http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=128494 its a little more like confluence-lite with icons and such but still more user friendly like touched

For posting a video, is there any special room like e.g. bug logs? Or is it via YouTube?

It's due to the gesture changes, not the skin in this case.
