[Windows] [Eden] Now playing display question

I'd like to first apologize, I'm somewhat new to the forum and am one to leave everything the default settings.
This question is about the now playing display that pops up on mouse movement during a video. Is there a way to change it, or move it to make it less invasive. Watching tv/movies with subtitles it blocks all of the text. This wasn't an issue in the pre-eden version. I had to update to nightlies because of video tiling/artifacting playback issues, so downgrading isn't an option at this point.

This has been the way its been done since Dharma version (osd poping up) so not really sure what changed for you as for changing it without editing the skin probably not
