Can't download subtitles anymore

As of about two days ago, subtitles are no longer downloading correctly in my XBMC. I'm running Eden, 3.1.0 version of the subtitle addon and I'm getting the following in my debug log. I have no idea why this is happening or how to fix it. Any ideas?

not a debug log

looks like a smb has some write permission issues

For troubleshooting and bug reporting use -> Log_file.
