how to combine these: xbmc + proliant microserver + MSI HD 5450

Hello xbmc enthusiasts and developers,

I unfortuantely wound myself up with the above mentioned combination of hardware
(proliant microserver + MSI HD 5450). I believed I had combined crest of the wave
hardware and installed esxi 5.0 on a thumbdrive and insterted into into microserver.
But annoying issue of 'passthrough' made using video card impossible (bios does not have that option).

Is there a way of splicing together proliant microserver, virtual machines (like vmWare or other), above mentioned msi card and XBMC?
Are there any instructions how to put all of that together?
