This is the upstream from bug #1006 in tvheadend.

Since that can be solved in both ways, changing the "tvheadend pvr" addon and by changing "tvheadend backend" I would like to inform you about the bug and solution I found.
If there is a bugtracking for PVR i'm sorry for posting it here on the forum and it would be nice to through me a link
