I am new to XMBC for Windows. It is a great app but it is missing something I think would make it perfect for all media needs and that is the ability to run a browser from within the app. I looked at the launcher but unless I have done something wrong I found that it was not seamless, did not allow for proper fullscreen and crashed on occasion. There are a number of other streaming sites and tv channels that require the use of the browser and since you guys do not want to recreate the wheel by making your own it stands to reason that with a call to the currently active browser on the system we could stay in XBMC, making it that much easier to use for those in the house that are not as inclined to learn the intricate ways of our HTPC. I saw a bunch of comments in the forums on this but did not see if this was bring looked at or are there other ways to make this work. Thanks....

It's something we want to do eventually, but none of the devs have time yet to tackle the project. It takes a lot of work to make something that will be seamless with XBMC and the 10-foot user interface. Someday, though.
You can make easy links to the XBMC wiki using double brackets around words: [[debug log]] = debug log, [[Add-on:YouTube]] = Add-on:YouTube, [[Adding videos to the library]] = Adding videos to the library, [[userdata]] = userdata, etc
