Synology Slow download speeds

I have a synology DS212j and its SLOW! im only getting 1mb sec. I should be getting 6mb. im using sabnzbd for downloading and processing. and its terrible. all the settings are correct as its working fine on my laptop. anyone have a idea whats going on? thanks!
