Building from GIT on linux not working (26/05/12)

building from git fails with:

lib/UnrarXLib/UnrarXLib.a: member lib/UnrarXLib/UnrarXLib.a(file.o) in archive is not an object
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [xbmc.bin] Error 1

I have done a fresh clone of git repository just to make sure, and all the required Ubuntu packages seem to be up to date running:
sudo apt-get build-dep xbmc
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 156 not upgraded.
