How do I delete a playlist?
I created a playlist but no longer wants it. I right click select 'Delete' but it's still there.

anyone?
tried to find the playlists in 'userdata' folder but nothing there.

Which userdata folder did you look in? XBMC stores your userdata in different folders depending on if you're using portable mode or not.
Default (non-portable) mode:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata\playlists\
Portable mode:
<XBMC>\portable_data\userdata\playlists\
