Not showing the sd and hd movie in library

Hi there i have a prob , i have a sd library and hd library with same movies , and this is making me have the movies repeting in the movie library , i would like to know if there is a way i can seperate them and still keep things like the just add or the choose by.... , i now the library way and favourite but i lose this things
