I just can't get xbmc to compile.
I did post in the Dev forum a few days ago (might have posted in the wrong place!)
Compiling nightlies was fine up until 11th of may, from then on i keep getting the same error:
lib/UnrarXLib/UnrarXLib.a: member lib/UnrarXLib/UnrarXLib.a(file.o) in archive is not an object
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [xbmc.bin] Error 1
I have deleted everything re-cloned the git repository, run ./configure with no options and tried make and make -j4 still without success.
all build dependencies are up to date.
Im running a minimal ubuntu 10.10 just with gnome.
I've installed ubuntu 10.10 desktop on a vm running on an other machine, just to make sure 1000% it wasn't something wrong on the 1st machine and i still have the same results. Windows version compiles fine.
Someone must have some idea what is going on.
