Hello
I have and ATV1 with 160g, it has XBMC etc on it....I only have about 10g left...it is mainly movies but I like to keep them. Therefore, I would like to be able to add an external hard drive or server. Thing is my wireless is not there as I have a Broadcom card.
I have a loft room 5 m away that I could run a long usb cable to it, though am unsure how a server would work if my ATV1 is hard wired and has no wireless.
What is a good solution?
Cheers

File share from a desktop or get a cheap router with a USB port (about $30).
You can make easy links to the XBMC wiki using double brackets around words: [[debug log]] = debug log, [[Add-on:YouTube]] = Add-on:YouTube, [[Adding videos to the library]] = Adding videos to the library, [[userdata]] = userdata, etc |
