[Release] MusicBrainz Artist Scraper

Features:

Scrape artist fields which are available at MusicBrainz (as almost nothing is available on MusicBrainz - this means almost nothing).
It fetches artist thumbs and fanarts from fanart.tv, htbackdrops.com, allmusic.com and last.fm.

You can find and download it from the Team-XBMC official addon repository.

Scraper removed from the official repo, please use the Universal Artist scraper (provides the same and more functionality).

Main reason: the scraper is too quickly query the MusicBrainz API (violating their policy)
Side reason: as being said, the Universal Scraper provides the same functionality.
