Now its time to ask again. The first STB with this Chipset and OpenGL ES 2.0 and 1.3Ghz is availible. This have more power then raspberry pi

nope, not being worked on at the moment.
EDIT: and I worked with Broadcom, not for them, there is a difference

I would make a guess that these boxes have a tightly locked down OS and hardware, and don't have the level of adoption for someone to put effort into hacking the hardware.
I suspect that the next version of the Raspberry Pi, like the Roku 3, will be based on this family of SOC's, which means open hardware and drivers. If you want to start hacking this thing, please do. |

The OS is Opensource, only the driver are closed source. You can find a Build enviorment for Engima2 for this kind of boxes on openaaf.com, but i'am only a java developer and i have no idea about hardware hacking and c / c++
otherwise i can do anything on this boxes.
