XBMC is very unpredictable

Wow this is great fun. Having been totally immersed in jailbreaking 5.1 and installing XBMC plus lots of addons and really enjoyed attempting to solve all the problems I am now discovering the joys of using ATV. Why does something work well one minute then an hour or two later is unaccessible. Splash sportstream works great but later in the day I can't get any channel to load, similarly BBC iplayer is fine then later unusable.
Any help greatly appreciated.

issue is with the specific addon, not with XBMC on iOS, you need to report those issues in their respective threads
