Can anyone tell me what path I would use to access the watchlist script results for TV Shows so i can add it as a custom selection sub menu?

Not possible unless a custom window is made for that (its not a default XBMC library node). Closest thing to it is the featured window, which has watchlist results for music, movies and tvshows. (most played albums, in progress and recommended)

OK thanks. I had a play around with it and renamed 'Featured' to 'Next...' and put the watchlist widget on there. Works quite well.
