Hi,
There should be a plugin that allows for two functions.
- Browser
- Download manager w/ can be configured to save to library with the option to auto update the library.
Mp3Skull and Beemp3 are able to find MOST mp3s, and as long as you own them on a CD, or Vinyl then there is nothing illegal about having an additional copy in ones library.

If you own them why not encode to FLAC or VBR mp3? The result will be much higher quality files compared to the poor selection from beemp3 and others.
