"Update library" does not find re-added content

I found a quite strange behavior with "Update Library" I think. After deleting an item from the library (and the filesystem) "Update Library" does not find it when I re-add it to the filesystem.

I do it like that:

1. I have a video source /TV Shows
2. Inside that folder "TV Shows" I have (for example) a folder "Deadwood". Its episodes are correctly added to the database.
3. Now I move the folder "Deadwood" to a folder unknown to XBMC
4. I do a library cleanup -> "Deadwood" disappears from the XBMC database as expected
5. Now I move Deadwood back into the folder "TV Shows"
6. I do "Update library" in the TV-Shows-Windows
7. Deadwood does not get detected or added to the database -> unexpected for me

So XBMC is unable to add "Deadwood" to the library again when using "Update Library". I have to explicitly go to the files windows and use "Scan for new content" on that particular source to make it work.
