navi-x 3.7.5 - cannot open file

hi, i am getting this error starting today. is there site down or is there something wrong with my pc ?

i think its because this file cant be found:

it all of a sudden worx now. seems like a network error on there end.

i am having a similar problem now probably becuz the link above seems to be missing much of its information.

anybody else ?

they are in the middle of a server upgrade
should be ok sometime tomorrow
