When ever I do mine I need to look for the smallest speakers I can find but good quality that don't break the bank.

Thinking about the Energy Micro Speakers...

Cheer's mate on your bro in law set-up.... now tell him to give you something else.... Nod

Those look awesome! If I were to buy those, I'd definitely get them installed professionally.
Plus, I'd want someone who knows about room acoustics and where to install them for the best possible sound.

As far as "something else",....I'm working it, believe me I'm working it. Big Grin

They are pretty good from reviews.... sometimes you can get them for $300 bucks when on sale.

I would like to try them one day and stop using big speakers.... I think they have a clean look to them.

But you never know.... maybe get some floor standing speakers... it all depends later on. Big Grin

Check this BIC AMERICA RTR-1530 15-Inch speakers.... good sound and great for music. And cheap.... Big Grin

I been a fan of BIC.... i love the Bic America Dv64

and pair that up with there BIC America F12 woofer....

Sound quality is beautiful.....

Well,...that didn't take long!!!

Apparently, my bro-in-law,...let his little kids on the system and "pooched it".
They downloaded and installed all sorts of garbage and games,...and who knows whatConfused?
The system became corrupted,..or should I say, they corrupted it.

So,..I've been called in for emergency surgery.
This weekend will mean blowing away the OS, and starting fresh.
I told him that he's lucky it happened now.
This time, passwords will be the norm.

For a small to medium size room, it will make great surround sound speakers. I installed one set at a friend house a year ago. It sounds great in his small theater room, and it looks good too......

To me, it is the best surround sound small speakers in a box......

It's amazing how some people can mess up a system in no time. I would have that thing locked down so hard that nothing would be aloud without admin priviliges. "Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me!" Don't let it happen again! hahaha Smile

You and your wife will enjoy it......if you add this "Onkyo HT-RC360" network AVR to it, you'll enjoy bitstreaming DTS-HD/TrueHD as I do........and Pandora/Slacker can be streamed directly on AVR too.......

I used to have a monstrous HSU (80 lbs) subwoofer....she complained everyday.....I end up got rid of it to satisfy her......

Of course, if you lock it down they'll be calling you up to complain about always needing to confirm some dialog or put in a password Smile.
