“custom” home page button to folder, not library

I have xbmc update my library on startup but most of the time (for just downloaded content) I just want to go into my computers “download” folder. The problem is right now the only way to do that is Videos>files>”SMB mapped download folder”.

Is there a way to link one of the home custom buttons to a folder and not a library mode?
