Linux Buffering Problems (too slow)
#1
Hey guys I'm using the XBMCbuntu and when i try to stream a video, it is very slow. I have already made the advanced xml 0 tweak, but this didn't help at all with the speed, i noticed that when i download the video instead of streaming, it downloads much faster, I have also tried to pause the video for very long but it also takes too long to load the video except if the video is of an extremely low quality. Not even SD quality videos are able to load quickly, unless I leave them for hours and hours. When I download the videos they download at a normal fast speed, even if they are 1080p quality.

Is there anyway to improve the buffering speed?

Is there a setting that I'm missing to configure?

Any help is appreciated.
