Nightly Builds Status
#1
First up, this is NOT a thread to pressure you.

I was just wondering, and I'm sure others are as well, what the current status is on ATV2 nightly builds?

I noticed there was another thread which highlighted what the problems are.

Is there anything we as a community can do to help? Testing?

Perhaps this thread would be a good place to put some status updates about ATV2 nightly builds?

There's been quite a lot of interesting commits since Eden......

If I have helped you in any way, please forgive me, it was entirely accidental.

We are relying on the work of one single libav dev (who is the only one who can fix this in a correct way) who hasn't started working on it yet. I've talked to him on LinuxTag 2012 and will give him another week or 2 before asking how it is going...

Thanks for asking the question, I too have wondering this and was thinking of asking a similar question. Looking forward to some updates in the near future. The new AE looks interesting and the nightly of the Windows version i have running has some nice updates that i am looking forward to adding to all of my aTV's Big Grin FYI the updates to the default skin are really nice i think and i cheated and took the updates from my Windows installation and have added them to my current aTV installs already.

Ha. Yes, you could be, but you wouldn't Wink.

I wish I didn't have user errors that left me at 4.4.4.....

Or you could enable billy the build bot for a < iOS 5 nightly Tongue

seriously, if I compile from trunk now, it works on 4.3 ?? or do I have to do some hocus pocus with SDK versions?

P.S.

Thanks Ned, but I was thinking more along the lines of word from the libav dev:
