I worked on getting XBMC working on my W7 64 bit PCX last year and while I made a lot of progress and was close to being satisfied, I never quite got there. W7 64 bit is a nightmare to network and share with (at least for me) and the lack of a good remote control answer doomed the project.
I now run a Boxee Box instead. While I'm mostly happy with the Boxee I still want XBMC, at least in my mancave.
Could someone recommend a configuration that would work without so many glitches?
Maybe a small form factor PC for use exclusively with XBMC as a HTPC, running an OS that wasnt as difficult to get along with as W7 and a remote that works out of the box without having to know program code to get the thing to work.
Does this exist?
