Windows Error extrating subtitles

Hey guys,

I'm using v11 eden and having problem when downloading subtitles.
In v10 it all wokrd fine but now each time i'm trying to download subtitles i get "error extrating subtitles"
this happens when I use opensubtitles.
the other websites such as sundb won't even find any options to download (tried a few well known movies).

I downloaded the addon and put in my email, hit o.k but then nothing happens...
could you please help?

nope, you need to enable debuglogging

try switching to confluence and see if that works, something strange is happening when you select a sub to download...

"16:13:04 T:4608 ERROR: WebServer: Failed to open C:\XBMC\addons\webinterface.default\http:\\dl.opensubtitles.org\en\download\subad\3252119"

if it fails on confluence please post the log again
