Well there is nothing to loose, you can try my suggestion in post #10.......if it doesn't work, you can always un-install it.....

I am going to try a new install of XBMC using the newest nightly. Beyond that I am thinking of doing a good old reformat on Windows 7.

I still don't really see this as a issue with the OS so much as with XBMC, as I can do bit streaming in other apps without issue.

So it is now working with the old and newest nightly.

The fix:

Moved the TV resolution from 720 to 1080i, and to 60hz, it was set in Intel to 59p for some reason.

Also enabled ycbcr profile in the Intel graphics driver.

Then I happen to be watching something with DTS-MA and it work, thought I was crazy so I tested all my media everything plays the correct audio bitsreaming channel right away.

Then I upgrade to the newest nightly and boom still working

Not sure why this fixed but hey don't a gift is a gift!
