Smart Playlist creates too long of an SQL query

Hello,

In XBMC 11.0, have created a smart playlist with very many rules (around 1k), they look similar to this:

At around 8150 characters, that statement is not anywhere near the maximum allowed length for an SQLite statement (1M characters). Does anyone know why it is truncated?
On a related note, is it possible to create smartplaylist rules that match the imdb id of a media?

No idea but you could try adding those movies to a normal playlist. After that done make a smartplaylist that uses the regular playlist.
That's only one rule and adding a new movie to the normal playlist is easy.

- go to the library
- hit the context menu "C"
- add to playlist

Then you can save that playlist. If you want to add more just open that playlist again and start adding more movies
