i'm trying to share my library in my home using mysql and samba share but i have a little problem...

in my living room i use xbmc 11 stable and use table xbmc_video60, xbmc_music18 in the other room i use the latest vesrion os xbmc and use the table xbmc_video64, xbmc_music20, there is a way to force all client to use the same database?

use the advancedsettings.xml. i dont know which your client got the sources but put all sources on 1 and redirected the mysql to watever client you want to hold the mysql db.

Not quite... Eden and the latest version of XBMC (ie. Frodo) use different versions of the video and music dbs. The only way to force the client to use the same database is to be running the same version of XBMC on all clients.

I don't think they are compatible - you need to run the same build on both machines.
