[REQUEST] Favorite-able way to pause/resume utorrent
#16
That would be awesome if you ever get the chance. Thanks.

Quick question on the program as it stands. Is there any way to set the config file to target either :

- a network computer by computername instead of ip address?
or
- more than one machine at once?

The reason i ask is that my utorrent machine is sometimes wired and sometimes wireless. At the moment I need 4 advanced launcher scripts: wired pause, wired resume, wireless pause and wireless resume. It would be great if i could cut that down to just two.

No worries at all if not - just wondering if the config file is already configurable to produce such a result.

thanks again Smile

The network-name should just work, just add the hostname instead of the IP, it _should_ work... if it doesn't, let me know.
Two hosts aren't possible though, so using the network name should be the way to go.

Happy to report that hostname works perfectly (ie. http://computername)

Even slicker than I thought! Thanks Smile

For anyone interested I updated the tool so that so no user-interaction is needed when stopping torrents.
Also, I included the sources in the package.

I'm definitely still interested in this great tool...use it all the time with advanced launcher...very slick Smile

What exactly has changed with the update?

If you are working on this any more....it would be awesome if it would be possible to have torrents paused for a set period of time and than resume. That way the consequences of forgetting to unpause wouldn't be so bad...

Thanks again Smile
