XBMC and My Movies

Okay, my movies in XBMC are currently stored on my external hard drive and the folder structure is as follows:

Z://Movies:
Folder - 2 Fast 2 Furious (2006) - *don't remember actual year*
File inside - 2 Fast 2 Furious (2006).avi (or whatever format It's in)

I use My Movies so when I go to the store, I have a easy reference what I have on my phone, tablet, etc.

I use IMDB for my scraping via XBMC. I don't have any cover art, nfo files, etc in the folders....JUST the Movie file.

My Movies has a import via folder option, but it screws everything up, and adds a lot of crap to my folders.

Is there a easy way to export to my movies that will make it easier so I dont have to add all 1250 files?

If there is a way to export my collection to a txt file with JUST names, that would be easiest I think.
