Alright, so this is what is happening. I will add my source. My folder structure is regular, with each series in its own folder. The folders are named regularly. When I scrape through them, all of the metadata is usually found, showing the banners and art and whatnot. However, when in the TV Shows menu, after I click a series it will not display any episodes. I had no idea why this was so, so I searched the internet. Apparently, XMBC requires the episodes to be named a certain way. So, I used a batch program to change them all to an acceptable format. Still nothing. Any help is appreciated. I am completely new with this, so take it slow. Thanks!

Alrighty. One of my test folders is an anime called Black Lagoon. My folder structure is, going down the levels,
Series
|----> Black Lagoon
|----> Individual episodes, titled as BlackLagoon.s01e01, which should be correct according to the guide.
