Hey Guys,
I've been using XBMC for a few weeks and was quiet pleased with the internal fetcher, but recently went back to Meta</Browser> as i find it to be great for info and images. But now that i did the scrape and everything is in the folders, XBMC still shows the old information not my new information. How do i rectify this?

Either remove movies from the library and rescan, or press "i" and use "refresh".

If the information has already been scraped via XBMC, you need to refresh that information. XBMC has already stored it in the database, if you refresh or re-add the files it will look at the local metadata if there is any.
