More Square TV show artwork friendly

I use iTunes' square style artwork for TV shows in XBMC and your skin supports it better than most skins. It's just a few views (that I'd like to use) that don't look very nice with square thumbs.

In 'Big Icons' they're cropped:

In 'Watchlist' the thumbs are squished and a home screen shelf (like Music) would make the skin perfect.

Although I like square thumbs more than banners you knew where you were going when you decided not to use XBMC supported thumb format, right? Smile
