If your Kodi 18, please try Kodi 19.
That has a newer Inputstream adaptive that may have the issue fixed.
If that still doesn't fix it, I suspect it'll be the below issue:

(even when this is fixed - itll be in kodi 19 only as kodi 18 inputstream adaptive wont be getting more updates)
I am using 19.1 also, ill try and reduce the size of the full log and include snippets of info that will be useful, it's definitely a widevine license issue from what I can see.
