New Fork: Voice Control For XBMC Remote

@niftydude - I recently started a similar project for myself and upon researching I found this thread. Awesome - no need to reinvent the wheel. I look forward to checking out this fork.

all i can say is WOW what a very cool idea unfortunately i cant test at the min as im waiting for my htc one x to come back from repair but the day its back (hopefully will be in the next couple of weeks) i will be testing this for sure!!!

Problem is, that you'll need a dedidacted mic and I really have no interest in having my headset on me at all times . I tried a few solutions where my phone would act as a microphone but the results were horrible, it was barely usable at all.
Using the voice API by Google has some advantages.
With the release of Jelly Bean (Android 4.1) the speech recognition also got a LOT better. And I mean a LOT. This will help when using this app (which i am pretty excited about )

voice recognition works great a very nice alpha, one thing i would like to see later on is another way of getting to the click me button. having the app on the remote it takes 2 clicks to get to the click me button and when finished 2 again to get back to the remote.. any way to have an extra button on the remote or to asign the powerrbutton to do the same as the click me button?
for me seeing the results after speaking isnt that important if that would cause problems when having it on the remote itself.

@niftydude Bram in another thread is also working on a fork of freezy's maybe you guys should work together so we can have one app with all the options. Just a thought.

Hi all finally sort above issue

My issue now is when i speak (play movie Battleships)
all it does is give me a list the fist one says play movie Battleships but nothing happens

Can anyone help ive installed Alpha 2
