Sorry, couldn't resist.Try enabling debug logging in XBMC, launching Navi-X, waiting a minute and then looking in the debug log (wiki) to see what the error messages reveal.
If the add-on is indeed broken, there will probably be discussion about it in the Video Add-ons forums.
