Play Disc Support

Is there a technical or design reason why a "Play Disc" menu does not seem to be part of this skin? I understand the Disc Icon (and that you can click on it to play a DVD or CD) how ever browsing through various menus to find this function doesn't seem to be optimal.

I dunno, I may be a man on a island here!
