This feature is possibly next year's buzz term. These are apps that allow you to interact with what's up on screen to make your media a dual and multitasking experience.
Use cases:
- PiP (picture in Picture) with FFMPEG-MT (i.e. Live tv channels, ip cams)
- Retrieving info. from the web and present it
- Dual monitor setup's
- Info on your tablet (remote) while watching a video/live stream/
- ..
In essence, this feature is an overlay window while playback. I guess all focus should be in this window(to control that window) untill it is closed.
