Hi all,

Im having an odd problem in that whenever I go to watch a trailer from XBMC streamed from whereever the it comes from, it takes quite a while to buffer (when if i was to watch something on say youtube or the native site it would be instant) and seems to stop buffering about half way through and gives a message of "cache full".

Ive tried searching for the issue but I cant seem to find an answer but Im hoping someone here can help - an example debug file is here

http://pastebin.com/6zVBPL23

Spec is not an issue at all- i5 760, GTX460, 4GB Ram, SSD (with plenty of space availible), etc ec

Would really appreciate your input!

Thanks
Grangey

Same problem here, but not the buffer full message that I have seen.

But has toad all the time, and very slow. On the original sites, it not a problem at all.

Kindly; Petter I`m not an programmer, but I try and fail. Then I ask.....

Asus M4A785TD-V EVO,NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti , AMD Athlon II x2 240,4GB Ram, Win7 32bit, XBMC Latest Beta and 5.0TB HD.

Hey guys. I found a solution that I THINK might help. I tried it and is seems to have made a difference. Can't say the same for your possible problem, but it might help.

Got the full thread here:
http://help.put.io/discussions/problems/...he-problem

More specifically:
Use this:

<advancedsettings>
<network>
<cachemembuffersize>0</cachemembuffersize>
</network>
</advancedsettings>

Save it as advancedsettings.xml and place it in C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata and this should allow the XBMC to cache more of the video file without buffering. It will use more RAM however, so if you have a low spec computer it might not be a good option.

Thanks to that forum user tacks18 for the assistance.
