Hi!
Since I changed the DSL-Router (Speedport W501V to Speedport W723V) because of DSL change from DSL6000 to VDSL-50 the patched aTV1 with XBMC on it crashes after watching for approx. one hour with "Exit status: 11".
Here is the logfile:
http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=4326
I use on a mac mini 2007 the "playback software" to share via UPNP some videofiles.
On the XBMC/atv1 I watch these videofiles.
I changed from WLAN to LAN, but it has no effect. The error is still there.
After watching a movie for about 40-60 minutes XBMC crashes with the error-text: "XMBC exited with status: 11" (sometimes it is "status: 10").
After the crash and after restarting XBMC, the XBMC-software doesn't "see" the UPNP-sharing. after a minute or so, the connection can be established again and everything works again.
Does anyone can help me?
AppleTV 1 (silver) aTV1 XMBC Exited with status: 11 - all the time after 1h watching...

It might be unrelated to your router. I see a lot of errors about the add-on DB being malformed. XBMC is trying over and over to work with the malformed file, probably causing it to eventually crash. You can safely delete this file and XBMC will recreate it when it starts up again, and no settings should be lost.
Use something like Cyberduck and delete the following file /Users/frontrow/Library/Applications Support/XBMC/userdata/Database/Addons15.db and restart XBMC. You can make easy links to the XBMC wiki using double brackets around words: [[debug log]] = debug log, [[Add-on:YouTube]] = Add-on:YouTube, [[Adding videos to the library]] = Adding videos to the library, [[userdata]] = userdata, etc |

Hi Ned!
Thanks for that idea! I've deleted the Addons15.db as you said, but it had no effect. Here is the new crash-log: http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=4573 Thanks for checking the new crash-log-report! btw. "no effect" is not true. the first crashfile was about 6000 lines, the new crashreport has "only" about 1000 lines ;-) |
