I'm building an iPad GUI for a trade show display and need assistance with the XBMC aspect of the project.
I need a programmer to help me assign specific paths to videos and slide shows. I'm on a time crunch and I do not have the ability to hurdle over the learning curve of XBMC.
Please e-mail me your hourly rate and if you could share with me some details about what you've done with XBMC in the past. This will lead to additional work in the future.
I'll get into more detail about the project once I select a programmer.
Best regards.

I think most people would have come to this post to have a chuckle. This forum has a huge amount of people flow through you'd be lucky if a developer has even seen your post yet.

My guess is that a python scripter may be able to do what you want (or perhaps even a skinner) - it all depends exactly what you require.
Unless you give more information, it's hard to judge exactly what is already available that you could use. Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting. Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules. For troubleshooting and bug reporting please make sure you read this first. ![]() |
