So I have two network drives one has gone on the fritz so I had to change its IP. I do not want to rescan all my media so I was wondering if there was any way to somehow change all the paths for all my movies to the new directory without the nee for rescanning and so on?

For example say all my movies are on C, and now suddenly drive C turned into drive D, is it possible to change the file paths on all my movies in one go to compensate for that letter change?

I would think you would have to edit the database XML files... (You would need to export your library as a single XML file, use find & replace, then re-import the edited XML), then be sure the path is edited.in sources.xml. Note: Best guess, I've never done it...
