I finally have XBMC the way I like it. Is there a way to duplicate what I have done on a second machine (settings, favorites, skin, add-ons), or do I have to do it all again. I'm helping my brother-in-law set up a HTPC.

Duplicate you userdata folder over. FYI, it will also copy over all the sources, databases, etc.
