Windows Kiosk mode gone?

So in XBMC 10.1, if I went to settings>skin options>the general tab and then go down to "Lock views in place (kiosk mode)". If I take this off and then go back to my movies; hover in the middle of the screen that pop up window appears so I can set up how the movies are organized, which fanart mode, etc.

But when I updated to Eden 11.0 and I do the same thing (turn off the kiosk mode) and go to the movie section and hover in the same place, nothing pops up. Did this change to a key to bring up this screen? I did move the mouse all over the screen and nothing comes up.
