What is Line 2 used for in DialogProgress?

Line 1 is 'Loading media...' and Line 3 is the path but what is Line 2 used for displaying?

For anything else that people want it to, like when you copy files in the file manager pretty sure all the lines are files up

I couldn't think of any more instances when it was used and would show them but copying in the file manager does indeed use all three.
