Just installed XBMCbuntu on a Mac Mini from 2009. Everything works out of the box. I changed the audio output to Optical/Coax, and it works as it should. The issue comes from the internal speaker; Any sound that is not DD/DTS plays on both the internal speaker and over spdif.
Does anyone know how to disable the internal speaker so it is never used?
