Hi everyone,

I have a E-350 Build that unfortunatly isnt able to play any DTS-HD material over hdmi since fglrx doesnt support that (yet). Since I have a GT520 lying arround here, I thought I d give it a try. Now I added the GT520 to my system but it wont get recognized, the APU's HD6310 still outputs video but I cant get the GT520 work.

Anyone else with a e350 and discrete nvidia gpu who could help me out? thanks in advance Smile

This may be the relevant section of the User Manual regarding BIOS settings for enabling your add-on graphics card:

2.5.4 NB Configuration
IGFX Multi-Monitor [Disabled]
Enables or disables Internal Graphics Device Multi-Monitor Support for add-on VGA devices.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
Primary Video Device [PCIE Video]
This item is user-configurable only when the IGFX Multi-Monitor item is set to [Disabled]
and allows you to set the default video output device.
Configuration options: [IGFX Video] [PCIE Video]
Integrated Graphics [Auto]
Enables or disables the integrated graphics. Configuration options: [Auto] [Force]

Turns out I already had the proper BIOS Settings..... I looked at the log files and saw that it cant load the nvidia driver and therefore continues to use the Radeon Card..... I think I may have messed up my system since I was probing around with Radeon drivers trying to get it to play all my stuff,

Maybe I should reinstall the OS ?

Before you reinstall the system try Openelec from usb to see if you can get it to work with that.

I tried openelec, it still didnt work. I suspect the card might be broken. I ll try it in another computer and see if it works there....
